Ecolight QLD was created in 2007 by the sole owner and manager, Daniel Post.  Daniel, or “Posty” as he is more commonly known, saw a great opportunity to not only help out the environment, but bring to people’s attention the energy savings they could be making.  Especially when electricity is estimated to be going up significantly over the next couple of years.

We are Australian owned and locally operated, shipping products all over the state to people in need of lighting solutions.  We do in home consultations for those in the direct area, and have many others sending in photos of their rooms and renovations, in need of help.  Lighting is our passion, our forte.  We can calculate your savings, how long it will take you to earn back your capital cost and give you honest options and opinions for every situation.

The best thing about our job, is the new and upcoming market.  There are new products coming out every other week.  This is an exciting time to venture into LED’s.  Already there are government buildings, locally owned shops, business developers and architects onboard.   We are relying on the general public to want to make a difference in their local community by starting in their homes and businesses.  Every little bit counts towards a more environmentally friendly nation.  Why do nothing when you can do something?
