NEWA IMAGE

Newa Image was the first business that Ecolight QLD took completely LED.  There is LED strip lighting behind the signage, and all the bulbs and tubes in the ceiling are LED.  Being a printing house, bright light was a must to show every fine detail.  The energy savings were just a bonus, but we’ll let our clients do the talking…

FITZGERALD HOME

The Fitzgerald’s came to us with a plan for their new home, and they wanted it to be lit with LED lighting.  Something that was going to be both environmentally and economically friendly was of paramount importance and we helped them to achieve that.  They were kind enough to let us open the doors to the public to show the advantages and performance of LED lighting.

MEADE HOME

The Meade’s are a family with younger children and are concerned about the effects of climate change and how this will affect generations to come.  They are doing their bit by replacing the lighting in their newly renovated home to LED’s.  In this application you can see the many different styles of lighting being applied.

FAIRBROTHER HOME

This was a unique upgrade, as this house backs onto the riverfront.  Not only did the owners want something stylish and funky to fit in with their newly renovated home and décor, but they needed a lighting that would perfectly suit their needs.  Environmentally friendly and efficient lighting were needed, but an added bonus for the Fairbrother household was no UV emission with LED lighting.  Insects are initially attracted to UV, and in using LED lighting you deter the vast majority of insects.  Now the Fairbrother household can bask in light on their back verandah, admiring their views and not worry about those pesky insects swarming around their heads. 

C-BAR

The C-Bar restaurant is located here in Townsville and overlooks our beautiful beachfront, but looks alone aren’t enough to give the views the much deserved admiration they deserve.  So the C-Bar came to us wanting a lighting solution that would not only command the attention of passers-by, but also draw attention out towards the water.   This is the perfect example where by strip lighting has been used to attract attention. 

MARY–ROSE’S HOME

Mary-Rose was having her kitchen renovated, but wanted a light for underneath her cabinets so she could see what she was doing on the bench tops, without a shadow being cast.  Strip lighting was a great option for this application, as it is easily installed by adhesive and wired back into the circuit.  Now Mary-Rose can turn it on at the flick of a switch!  It is also a nice subtle light on its own.  Other kitchen applications also include strip lighting around the bottom of kitchen island benches.  Strip lighting is available in a variety of whites, all different colours and also COLOUR CHANGE!!
